It is indeed a horrible situation for her children and I believe a dangerous situation as well.
She can not physically or emotionally provide for their needs. It is impossible for one person - and she appears to be mentally disturbed as well.
I wish that CPS would at least take the youngest children and try to find them good homes. It is their only shot at any kind of life, I believe.
