It sounds like you like a lot of the good foods. You may want to limit your beef though.
The sweets really need to be used very sparingly. For me, that means only on special occasions; birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, anniversary. If I do eat something sweet, I normally will do without something that day before I eat the sweet. I normally do without my Protein Drink.
