I am just like you. I don't like when people just take advantage of me. I would have definatly called them and told them off. No question about it. They say around 3:00 and it's 5:00 and no call? no one shows up?? That is BS. Did they mean 3:00 in your time zone??? people are ridiculous. They say that the economy is bad....and their customer service sucks.
I say my money is green everywhere and if they do me wrong there is a guy down the street who will give me good service for my money!
