I emailed her and asked if she would consider offering breakaways.

After having a dog with Collapsed Trachea (she had it when I got her -- they told me it was just reverse sneezing), I just can't see risking regular collars. But many use them the whole life of their yorkies without a problem. I'll be waiting to see if she answers my email. Hoping she will offer the breakaways on her designs!
Just curious, arent you scared to loose them on a walk or something if you use those break-away collars? I only use them on my cat not Fido my dog, cause he runs away if he accidentaly gets loose, whats the point on having break-away collars on small dogs? I was looking for a collar in some store for Fido the other day and I couldnt find anything that would fit him that didnt have break-away thing :P

Here over in iceland you can not get a break-away collar for a dog, only a cat collar and nothing more who breaks if pulled, dogs here just use regular collars but the yorkies here are full of health, no proplems in the breed at all, I know all the breeders here but no one has gone through that theyr dog had a collapsed trachea just wondering about this, i think this has nothing to do with what kind of collar you use.

Sorry my english is bad.
