It was such a gorgeous day today, so we decided to take Roxie to the dog park for the first time. We thought she would love the opportunity to run and play off-leash, and maybe meet some other dogs.
Wrong!
The ground was all wood chips and twigs and Roxie hated it. She tip-toed around for a bit, and then settled under the bench we were sitting on. DBF threw her ball, but she didn't even want to run after it. We wound up leaving after just 15 minutes.
Oh well, I guess the dog park just isn't for us.

On a completely unrelated note, I was looking for some cute and kitschy salt & pepper shakers for my new kitchen table. I found some adorable Yorkie shakers on Amazon. Of course I ordered them right away!
