We have a neighbor with a very yappy chihuahua that is never on a leash. That dog is ALWAYS pestering my boys, following us around and yapping like crazy. That same neighbor lets her cat roam around alone all the time too...which really makes my dogs go nuts...GRR. |
Ugh. The dogs are bad enough but the cats!!!! We have several cats in our neighborhood and I swear every day there's more and more. I'm tempted to trap them and take them to a shelter but I'd feel bad if I couldn't get them into a no-kill shelter.
