You can unsnap the onesie when she needs to go. Alternatively, you can cut out a hole in the tush, but then you run the risk of her peeing on the onesie.
If she has a favorite dog food, then by all means go ahead and feed it to her. Chicken is just an easily digestible protein that many Yorkies like to eat. As long as your little girl hasn't had any food allergies to chicken or rice in the past it's safe. In fact, if your little girl is on commercially prepared dog food, it's most likely that these are two of the main ingredients in her food already.
