Hello fellow Yorkie lovers! Today my little girl is getting spayed. She will be spending the night and we will be picking her up tomorrow morning. Thankfully, I will be home with her until Tuesday. I have a few questions -

1. How long before she can be at home alone?

2. I don't want to get her an ecollar, is there anything else I can use to keep her from licking her wound?

3. Are there any special foods or drinks I can give her to help with the pain? A heating pad?

I would appreciate any helpful advise.
