I don't know all the details but the breeder I got 3 of my Yorkies from was in contact with a guy in the military in Germany. He wanted to purchase one of her puppies but was coming here to pick up the puppy. It got very complicated about what the rules were for him to bring the puppy to Germany not to mention the cost. He decided to wait until he could return to the US. He has family in Georgia. I agree with other post, it would be better to buy a puppy from a reputable breeder here in case there are any health issues.
