Cut out the Diet Cola for a few days and see if the itching continues. They recommend 2 weeks to get it out of your system. If it still itches that you know it's the pill you are taking. If it does not, you can probably guess it's the aspertame. Then you need to decide if you want to give it up or not. It does stink to have to give up something you love though. Ive never been a soda drinker, but I would almost give my right arm if someone told me to give up coffee!
