My suggesion is to contact United Yorkie Rescue. They have foster homes in Florida and should be able to deal with this pup if they have room for him.
Linda - these pictures are amazing!!!! They both completely blossomed - and so shiny too. I love seeing before/after pics from rescues bc they lift the spirits. Maybe you need to keep a thread of before/after in the rescue section .

To the OP - I'm glad someone could take him. I hope you'll still be able to update us on his condition .
