Coco is kind of afraid of her bowl and she's not even a Yorkie! We found that some the problem is when she goes to put her head in, the tags on her collar hit the side and she gets scared. So if he has tags or anything I would reccomend taking them off. Also, maybe try feeding him on a plate, sometimes they don't like their head to far to where they can't see. Good luck
