Looks like they are AKA Ripley County Humane Society. So, I am not so sure they are a rescue group? Just looks like maybe the Humane Society going by another name? I looked at two of the yorkies and there was not much listed on them. I did not see a listing of being spayed or neutered either. | Usually if they are coming from a shelter, they will give you a spay/neuter certificate to have it done.
