I am so upset... the hair is choppy, the but looks horrible- I said something to the guy who runs the store.. he defended his groomer. This is what I get for $50.00???? I have been going there for 12 years.. I will not take Remy back.
I waited to have her groomed so she would look nice for her visit to chicago.
I miss her hair
