She is still absolutely adorable, but I would be upset too just because they didn't listen to you and what you wanted. My last experience was horrible too ...they cut her hair sooooo short on her face and I was so mad...and even shaved her nose...anyway, thankfully it does grow back. I am so sorry that a groomer you used for so long did this
