I am with Bank of Oklahoma (no relation to BOA, I don't think...) and I love them! I don't get charged for anything, I have a pretty pink debit card

, and every 7-11 is a free ATM because they don't charge fees for Transfund. I would definitely go with a local bank that doesn't charge fees for stupid things.
Either that or a credit union.
