Heating pad is my fix all too. I have used it for ear pain before and it really helped.
My thing for sinus infection, along with good meds is to boil a pot of water, put a towel over your head and let the steam go to work. Drink lots of fluids and lots of rest!

I forgot the
steam! You can also take a super hot shower and let your bathroom get really steamy while you are in there. That usually helps just about everything, no?
