I've had a Yorkie "own" me for 18 years

With my first baby, the breeder asked me a few questions about the breed itself, if I had ever owned one before, and if we had children. At the time, I told her I had never owned one and there were no kids in the house, Katie would be our "first". I answered her questions and she answered mine. With Gabby, my second baby, I knew the breeder (local) and she knew me - we use the same vet. So with Gabby, there were no questions to ask as we already knew the answers. Gage is a different story. Being a "rescue" from an acquaintance, there were no questions asked other than "Do you want him?" and "When can I get him?". There is not a day that goes by I don't thank God for sending Gage to us. I doubt he would have survived staying in that house much longer (he was chained up outside when I arrived to pick him up!! - some people should just NOT own pets of any kind!).
