Didn't know this. Good to know. I've heard about the intentional accident ploy before. People just aren't right.
If I go out with both my babies I usually have them in a stroller, tethered. I know nothing is 100% but I thing it would be a little bit harder for them to be stolen-not saying it would never happen.
