I know the city ordinance for the city I work in. Just a couple of weeks a woman was arrested when she left her three month old puppy in her car while she got a massage. A massage, really? She was arrested and indicted but she hasn't yet gone to court. I'm hoping I can find out her court date. Her punishment should be harsh, it has been heating up to 100 degrees plus the last few weeks. The last I heard the puppy was still in the custody of animal services.
