Thanks so much for the replies!

Separating them for awhile is usually what I try to do...one inside and one outside. The mayhem just continues as soon as they are in the same room again!

I have tried correcting Lucy when she won't stop but she is in a constant frenzy...I can't even get her attention ! I pick her up and say "NO STOP!!" and she wiggles and wiggles until she gets away from me to get back to Liz.

I will have to take them on a walk together...I can't believe I never thought of that, thanks! Maybe if I wear her out a little, she won't have as much energy for all this crazy playing.

I know she is still very much a baby so this is somewhat normal. Her attention span is quite short, but I will try to work with her more both alone and with Liz. I have taught her to sit and lay down on command but that's about it. Sometimes her "sits" are only for a microsecond though Maybe a puppy class would help?
