plenty of disposable pads, to use during whelping, I use a clean one for every birth, usually I wrap the placenta in the one she used to have the baby and throw it in the trash to keep the whelping area clean. dont forget the hemostats, you need to clamp the umbilical cord so you can cut it. a pair of childrens dull scissors to cut the cord.
alcohol, I use about 2 bottles I keep a glass tall jar full with alcohol and desinfect the hemostats after every birth..
