Well we have a pad outside that ours like using. But you have to realize that yorkies can take a year to get 100% potty trained give or take some time depending on trainer and dog. Your lil pup is only 8 wks and has a long way to go before he stops peeing everywhere. Just keep the paper towels and resolve close by!! We have a 10wk old and she is still grasping the idea of the pad instead of carpet. Patience is key when training our yorkie furbabies. They have that "I'll do whatever the hell i want, and you will like it!!" Kinda mentality. But they adjust nicely. I think after maybe a week ours already sit on command. |
