Ohhhhh...is that how you get them to lift the leg on the pad by putting something in the middle of it. Because my Gizmo is almost 5 now and although his potty pad is in my personal restroom in front of the shower door he chooses to lift his leg at the leg of an office chair I have in my room. So what I did was put a potty pad underneath the legs of the chair and he does go there and nver goes on the other pad....It is kind of tough, I mean he goes outside as well but here in Texas it has been so very hot like in the 100's so I have not been taking him out in the daytime, just in the evenings.
