His theories (or Casey's stories) are so ridiculous! I think maybe the judge should have allowed it so they can see how the defense is grasping at straws. They would then have to prove that the family feared Lee was Caylee's father...which would be impossible unless Casey took the stand and who is going to believe her? |
I wish the judge let that happen too. Both the brother & fathers had dna tests & were ruled out as the father of Caylee. I could end out having to come out in court about his grasping.
