Our vet here in the States was kind enough to contact the vet I use in England and together this was their recommendation in ZoE's best interest. My vet here knows that
it is real sore spot with me that America is not onboard with universal microchipping, which results in many pets already microchipped having to be microchipped again upon entering another country, so I'm sure if he felt one chip would be the best option, he would have recommended that.
