Safety.
I hate having to do this, and don't understand why America hasn't got on board with the rest of the world....
I'm a British citizen currently living in the States. As America has not converted to the ISO standard microchip, ZoE is getting the Home Again chip for America & the AVID ISO chip for Europe. That way, hopefully, she's protected while in the States & when going home to England, & our holiday home in Spain.
