You can always call the places and see what their policy is regarding pets. I have done that before. Some places are pet friendly. Others are just hateful about it. Lol. I take Rosie to the mall in KB a lot. I keep her in there because I know they don't allow dogs in. Luckily, I haven't got caught yet!  The joy of a kB is that it looks just like a purse.  |
I agree - you will be suprised how many places are pet-friendly and will make it a point to let you know that. We have Hostetter's (kind of like a Home Depot), the owner comes up and talks to our dog, tells us to tell our friends they are pet friendly. Our local grocery store does not mind as long as she is in her carrier. Our drug store, CVS, has dog treats for dogs (we always keep her in a carrier there, too).
The only place we have ever not been welcomed was Target, and that exp was jarring - young lady screamed repeatedly at us; manager came and apologized but we were already pretty shaken by the scene she made.
