vet costs vary greatly depending on area, relationship with the vet and other factors. Here in my state it vary from 1300.00 to 3500.00 ... 4000.00 depending on the situation. A planned c-section can be cheaper but comes with a greater risk to be done too soon. An emergency middle of the night c-section with few complications goes towards the higher range i mentioned. A very complicated situation can escalate . I have heard of 500.00 dollars emergency c-section in other states but that is something i was told.
