Thanks so much for the advice. The eye specialist said that the ulcers and the infection was due to lack of tear production. If he does need surgery we will absolutely have it done, no matter what the cost. I can't stand to see him scratching at his eyes and being uncomfortable. Okay, so maybe the antibiotics will work. And yes, I keep his eye area free of hair as well, I understand that helps a lot in maintaining their eyes infection-free. Thanks again!
