Finding a pup generally takes quite awhile if you are going about your research/homework correctly and finding a reputable breeder.
The shortest search I've personally witnessed was a few months.
Good luck in your search and remember to be patient and stick with it! You'll save a lot of time, money, and heartache getting a pup from a reputable breeder.
