The corneal ulcers he had before that point, I thought were my fault. I thought that I gotten shampoo, conditioner, or topknot gel in his eyes. Those things just made an existing problem worse.
I am keeping Teddy in my prayers that he heals soon, and if not that you can get this figured out and get him on the road to recovery. |
Thank you for understanding my frustration. Not knowing is terrible, and I know I'm being impatient...but I just want to make sure he's okay. I'm so afraid of getting any shampoo or conditioner in his eye that I just avoid his ENTIRE head in general...but sometimes I have him bathed at the vet b/c they clean his ears and cut his toe nails (both things that I'm afraid to do on my own) so I'm not sure how they do about getting anything in his eyes there...it's something I hadn't even thought about. I love my little guy so much...honestly didn't think I was capable about caring about an animal as much as I do because I wasn't raised around animals at all...I just don't want to make any mistakes out of ignorance.
