Thank you for the advice, everyone. I think I will take him into the vet, have him fully checked out, to eliminate that as potential problem. I did tell my husband the other day that the dog seemed "grumpy."

The teasing part is not a good idea, In their puppy times is when they learn how to play and not to play. When they get teased it only teaches them aggresive behaviour. He did miss out on good teaching by being removed from his momat such a young age.But now this teaching lies in your hands. Good luck
