I am not letting this matter rest though
I've did some research and so on and have created an awareness thread (which has since been stickied) in our local forum.
It seems that the "breeder" whom we bought Tiffie from was very unethical and my case wasn't an isolated case..
there were other owners who bought pets from her only to find out that they have some kind of genetic disease due to inbreeding
