Wow. First of all, I can't believe that your Vet actually fessed up to the fact that they don't know how much pain she actually felt. This would have been pretty easy for them to cover up - seeing as how Nya wasn't going to say anything.

Heck, even a regular doctor would have tried to cover that one up! Waking during anesthesia is a huge liability issue for the hospital/facility for people anyway.

That said, I just can't believe they went through with the spay. Plus, all the outside and additional treatment you have had to pay for. I believe that I would be writing them a nice, factual letter; outlining all that went wrong; all the additional expense; your consideration of reporting them; and asking for a refund.

The letter should be non-emotional and factual. Have someone help you if necessary.

I really hope your girl has a full recovery and is back to her old self.
