@yorkietalkjilly- I don't think the portable ones would be efficient either. I pay every utility known to man so it'd be easier to use the coin machine. That is a good idea though, and if we ever moved that's something I will look into.
@RustysMom- I think I will just try a different brand of disposable as the reusable one may not be worth the hassle. I could put a chair in there and use the balcony to throw one on in nice weather. I think I should start pressing going outside again to minimize the indoor use, too.
