Cindy's work records say she worked that day, but Cindy says that her records are often inaccurate, she is not allowed to work "overtime" as she's a salaried employee, and some days she's there 9 or more hours so the next day she might leave early, just always clocking 8 hours. Now, if they could get an actual record of something, which for a nurse would be kind of easy, aren't they always charting things, and if she wrote any emails those would be dated as well. |
I'm not sure what type of nursing she does, but if she's in a hospital or clinic setting then all of her charting would be done electronically, complete with date and time stamp.
