Well we just got the staples removed for Emee's spay and had to take her back to the vet for a swollen area on her right hip. It's an infection under her skin. Dr is not sure what caused it. I asked if it could be related to the spay but dr said no. Emee's last vaccine was 5-9 for rabies which was given in her right hip bit that was over a month ago. She is now got the collar on again and had her hip shaved. She gets .9ml Metcam 1x day and Clavamox every 12 hours. Anyone have experience with this. How long does it take to clear up. I feel so bad to had the cone on again. She has been such a good baby though all of this.
