I'm definitely not saying this is what it is or to scare you in anyway, but perhaps you should get a good bloodwork up if you've not already done so.
A few years back my daughter it started out with itching on her hands and feet over time, it only got much worse. After several doc appts she was referred out to a kidney doc and they found she has a kidney disease that usually effects men more.
I could be just allergy to something you not figured out yet, just saying a doc appt maybe in order.
