I agree that you should probably get her to a vet. Some dogs just do not make good mothers but one of the symptoms of eclampsia is aggression towards her puppies so you really need some help here figuring out what is going on. If she is going to have more puppies, you certainly want to try to save them, don't you? I'm so sorry, this is tragic.
