I worked in the automobile world for 14 long years of my life. Being a female that is a major accomplishment. Lol. However, I was the office manager and I did not take crap from any one there.
You can call VW customer service and file a complaint. Usually they will end up giving you something for free to make up for the issue. You will have the customer service number in maybe your owners manual. I worked for Honda so I am not 100% sure about VW. When customer service gets involved, they will contact the dealership and the dealership will have to follow up with them to make sure you are a happy customer. Try it! You might be surprised by the results!
