It doesn't mean that any food is 'good' or 'bad'. Each dog is different, and a food that one dog does well on does not mean that your dog will do well on it.
Some folks end up having to feed a 'less than premium' dog food, just to accomodate their dogs' special needs.
And some pups are so sensitive they require a prescription diet, or many owners schedule an appointment with a nutritionist who makes up a special diet for the dog, keeping in mind and avoiding any ingredients that may cause them to become sick.
It will be trial and error, and working with your vet and /or a nutritionist, to find a food that is good for her.

Thanks for the feedback. I totally agree with you. My mind was just on a constant go... wondering and worrying how this could have happened. All I want is to prevent this from happening again.
