I agree with everyone above to have a vet examine the bubble.
Max had a small cyst on the top of his head when he was a pup. We had the vet take a look. She was going to scrape it during his surgery to be neutered, but it went away.
Capt Noonie's girl had a bump on her head that was excised when she was spayed. The doctor had it analyzed just to be safe. Everything turned out fine.
