Because I am a teacher in Middle School and one of my bff is a Language Arts teacher I have read a lot of the "young adult" novels...and liked them
I have read the Twilight Series ... Harry Potter Series... Marked Series (the last one kind of turned me off on that series -- a little too much teen age talk)
oh and I like the Highlander Series. The Fae Series is amazing!!!!!! A bit different than her Highlander Series (no throw down s** either)

I have also read the midnight breed series... light reading, not as good of quality but ok if you just want entertainment. I have several series that are like that.

I read the Fae Series, and LOVED IT! I tried to read the Highlander series and just felt there was too much 'steamy' and not enough story so I didn't finish the first book. I barely remember it at all, all I remember is reading it and not liking it.
James Patterson has a new series out called Maximum Ride. It's a young adult series, but its pretty good. I finished book 2 last month but haven't picked up book 3 yet.
I love reading and I do need some good book ideas. Lately Ive been reading too much young adult books (most are free on the Nook that is why) so I am interested in starting a more grown up book! LOL
