looks abit like a burn, my Millie had a burn that looked abit like that after she jumped up onto a chair next to a table that we had a candle on and she sniffed the lit candle and burnt her nose poor lil thing!! i felt so terrible that my baby got hurt by something like that but we were at some one elses house so i didnt realise it was there.
get him to a vet if i were you!
