Yorkies are VERY smart now that she knows how to get out she will continue to do it...I would just go and buy a baby gate, put it up at the bathroom door so she can't get out of the bathroom...leave the door to the crate open so she can go in and sleep put her food/water bowl on one side of the bathroom and a few potty pads on the other side...Good Luck.
