I posted a pic above. She must jiggle it open. I made sure last night it was latched since it happened the morning before and she did it again. She loves the kennel, she goes in it when I am putting on my makeup. She goes in it freely when she's tired, so I know she likes it....I guess when you want out, you want out, lol.
