Hi I have been searching online for a female yorkie pup. I recently came across Tiny Terriers site and one of her pups caught my eyes. I want to contact her however I need to be sure she is a responsible true-to-the-breed breeder before I bother contacting the owners.

I have been looking for so long and it's been unexpectedly difficult. Please help.
