What kind of crystals?
How long have you been using antibiotics?
Was a culture done?
If it doesn't pass soon the vet will probably give another type of antibiotic. If that doesn't work you may be looking at ultrasound to check for stones that can't be seen on xray and some other yucky things that can live in the bladder.
