Default Limited ingredient diet and food texture

We're trying Tallulah on a limited ingredient diet to see if it can help control her diarrhea. Only problem is that Tallulah seems to be very picky about the texture of her food. She likes chunky, stew-type textures and turns up her nose at ground foods. I noticed this when I was feeding her home-cooked chicken and rice -- if I blended it fairly smooth, she wouldn't eat it, but if I left it unblended, she would gobble it up.

I've checked out a couple of LE foods and they were ground up. The tech at my vet's office says all the ones she's seen are like that. Anybody know of a line of LE foods that are not ground?
